THE JOURNEY TO SELF
I discovered yoga by chance during my first year of college. What began as a single credit elective quickly became a reliable way to calm my nervous system and ultimately transformed my perspective on my journey, suffering, purpose, purpose.
After facing a lot of adversity in my younger years. i had built resilience but didn’t have a channel or coping mechanism to direct that energy or make sense of a lot of what I had internalized.
In time, Yoga Became My way to channel and support my own healing, and allowed me to connect to and find supportive mentors along the way.
Yoga is an extremely individual practice in my opinion, However, it provides endless lessons on how to be in the world and respect the world around you.

In 2023, I completed my 200‑hour teacher training and slowly began instructing and building my comfortability in front of students. Since then, i have continued my education across all the limbs of yoga.
Since 2023, I have received my trauma informad certification, my my yin certification, and completed an additional 300 hr RYT.
My intention in sharing this practice is simply to facilitate others to work towards and acheieve a calmer nervous system, discerning their community, build confidence, and develop introspection on their own journey.
Yoga is inherently accessible to everyone and I am passionate about sharing it and encouraging the ripple effect of its benefit.
